Necessary sign-in cookies

InkHub uses Neon authentication cookies to keep the account you request signed in and protect access to your orders. The primary cookie is __Secure-neon-auth.session_token. Its lifetime is the expiry set by Neon for your session, which may be renewed when the session is refreshed; signing out ends the session. The storefront does not set a fixed replacement lifetime for that provider-issued token.

Short-lived session cache

__Secure-neon-auth.local.session_data is a signed, necessary cache of account-session information. InkHub configures it for one second. The cache cookie may be refreshed while using account pages. The authentication cookies are Secure and HttpOnly, so ordinary page scripts cannot read them.

Payments and downloads

Payment takes place on Stripe’s hosted page, not an embedded card form on InkHub. Stripe controls cookies used on that page for payment, fraud prevention and any choices it offers; its cookie policy describes their purposes and durations. Download requests also reach Cloudflare. This storefront does not set marketing or analytics cookies and does not use local storage for advertising.

Remembering this notice

When you dismiss the cookie notice, we store inkhub.cookie-notice.v1 in this browser’s local storage. It contains only the notice version and dismissal time, is not sent to our server, and is used to remember your choice for 180 days. After that we show the notice again; the old entry remains until replaced or removed through your browser’s site-data controls. The footer’s Cookie preferences button reopens the notice at any time. If browser storage is blocked, dismissal lasts only until the page is reloaded. This choice does not enable tracking or disable necessary sign-in cookies.

Your choices

You can browse public pages without signing in. Blocking or deleting necessary authentication cookies prevents account, checkout and confirmation access. Sign out on a shared computer, or remove this site’s cookies using your browser controls. We do not ask you to accept advertising cookies to use the installation service.

Resuming a local installation

After you pair a reMarkable installer, this browser stores a short-lived connection token, the selected model, an operation counter and an expiry time in local storage. This lets you reopen the installation page while the helper remains running. The token is sent only to the helper on this computer, never to our server; it does not contain your device password. It is retained for up to 55 minutes of use and removed when the page sees installation or return complete, or when you next open the page after it expires. An expired entry may remain in browser storage until then. Clearing site data removes it. If you block local storage, keep the original paired tab open.
